Process
Step 1 - The brief and Quote

We start by finding out a little about you, who you are, where you are and where you want to go. We like to hear your ideas and goals and, understand the background of your business, products and services and company ethos.
But don't worry if you're not a company and just someone looking for a website to be built, artwork to be made or that photo to be re-touched White Studio can make it possible.
As soon as we have the brief, we can then begin work and research where necessary. We often start sketching rough ideas on paper, then transfer them to a computer into a format that is easy to view and evaluate.
As soon as these first concepts are complete, we will send them to you by email and upload them to a web viewing area where you can review them.

Once we have sent these initial concepts, we will discuss them with you to gain your views and listen to your feedback. Normally items such as colour or typography can be developed or refined which we can then amend as required.
This process of reviewing and developing will continue until you are happy with the design, no matter how many revisions are made. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work.
Once everything has been checked and tested. We can then focus on launching the design. Payment is not requested until the end of the project and once payment is received you will then receive full copyright of the work.

You might think that’s it, but there is still plenty of work to be done. The most important work is after launching a website, checking the analytics and SEO are working correctly and make any necessary revisions based on the results.
At White Studio we offer 3 months after the final payment has been received as a free revision zone as we understand once the dust has settled, colours and typography might change.
You’re mine forever……going forward White Studio’s goal is to stick it with you, advise on anything that can be improved from the website, SEO & social media and scale your business. We are only a call, text, email, voice note, messenger, slide into our DM’s however you want to contact us….we are here.
